Rationale:
Following AIP - 10: Kill FEI related gauges (AIP - 10: Kill FEI related gauges - Angle Governance Forum), ANGLE protocol stopped sending ANGLE rewards to the following gauges: UniV2 agEUR-FEI, FEI-EUR perps and sanFEI_EUR. There is no reason to keep the possibility to incentive in SDT these strategies on Stake DAO.
