Summary:
We propose to whitelist STARGATE on the Stake DAO Liquid Lockers to allow them to lock SDT and vote with veSDT.
Rationale:
STARGATE is a fully composable liquidity transport protocol on seven chains (Ethereum, BNB chain, Avalanche, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Fantom). STARGATE offers users the ability to swap 1:1 native assets cross-chain by accessing Stargate’s unified liquidity pools.
To diversify their providers, STARGATE wants to deploy part of their liquidity into the Stake DAO Liquid Lockers strategies. To maximise the utility of the lockers, while keeping the security of a multisig, STARGATE requires whitelisted access to lock SDT tokens.
This will also help them start building a sdCRV position to boost their APR, and receive rewards as sdCRV, allowing them to vote directly on Curve gauges from the Liquid Lockers platform.

Technical Implementation:
Update the SDT smart wallet whitelist.
